Kevin Cassidy

Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board

Kevin Cassidy joined the family business as a sales representative in 1974 and was promoted to sales manager in 1978. He continued his tenure within the organization and in 1985 was elevated to general manager of James A. Cassidy Company.

In 1993, Kevin purchased the company in its entirety, now known as K.C. Company, Inc. (dba Pella_® windows and doors) and was instrumental in revolutionizing the window and door industry with his business model for direct-to-consumer sales and marketing, and commitment to customer service. In 2011, Kevin purchased K.C. South, which serves areas within Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida.

Adding to these accomplishments, Kevin served on Pella Corporation’s Advisory Board for more than six years. Today K.C. Company, Inc., is one of the largest Pella distributors in the United States.

Kevin continues the Cassidy family tradition of corporate stewardship and philanthropy and has provided support and service to a number of local organizations, including the Living Classroom Foundation of Baltimore, Habitat for Humanity, St. John’s College High School, Young Presidents Organization of Baltimore and Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Stan Stokes

President

Stan has been at the helm of K.C. Company since 1996, when he became the first non-family member to serve as president. He manages and motivates more than 160 team members located in the corporate office in Beltsville, Maryland, as well as eight Pella window & door showrooms in Delaware, Maryland and Northern Virginia.

In 2011, Stan became an owner of K.C. South and, as president, has successfully launched Pella windows and doors to both the trade and retail market segments in areas of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Stan Stokes was named to the Smart100 list of SmartCEOs in the Baltimore and Washington markets for 2009 and 2010. Each year, nominated candidates across the two metro areas are judged on criteria including business growth, unique leadership skills, strategic vision and character.

Stan and his wife Angela divide their time between homes in Baltimore and Louisiana.

John Dennis

Chief Operating Officer

John started his career at K.C. Company in 1974 and now serves as the chief operating officer for K.C. Company, Inc., and K.C. South. John brings a 360 understanding and background to this critical role, having held a number of senior management positions throughout the company. His years of experience in the trade, retail and commercial segments have guided the company’s growth and ability to fulfill The Pella Promise.

From 1990 to 2008, John held the position of director of operations and was responsible for a number of departments, including sales support, customer service, IT, facilities management, warehouse and production, field service, retail fulfillment, purchasing and contract management.

John is a past and current member of several Pella advisory boards and instrumental in the design and implementation of fulfillment systems and service processes employed by Pella across the country.

John and his wife Jennine have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. John is also president of WindowPro, Inc._®

Jon Fornshell

Chief Experience Officer

Representing the fourth generation of the Cassidy family to join K.C. Company, Jon Fornshell has served as chief experience officer since 2010. Jon’s diverse skill-set complements his current role as well as his additional responsibilities of managing the commercial segment and information technology group.

Prior to joining the company, Jon owned and operated Fornshell Consulting, a company he founded in 2001 to help Fortune 500 companies leverage technology, culture and process to become more efficient and productive. Before that he was employed with Cargill, the world’s largest privately held commodities company, where he worked in their financial markets division and was quickly promoted to technology manager.

Born and raised on a cattle ranch in North Dakota, Jon graduated from Bismarck State College and the University of North Dakota with a business administration degree and later received Alumni of the Year honors. He is active in Vistage® International along with other business and industry organizations.

Jon is to married Caroline Cassidy, Kevin Cassidy’s oldest daughter. They live in Epping Forest, Annapolis, with their three-year-old son Jimmy, and will welcome twin girls later this year. Jon and Caroline are active leaders in their community and members of St. Mary’s Parish.

Terrence Sheehan

Chief Financial Officer, Board Member

Terry joined the company as staff accountant in 1980 after graduating with an accounting degree from the University of Scranton. He was promoted to controller and corporate secretary in 1987 and then elevated to chief financial officer in 1995.

Terry has held management and ownership positions in several affiliated companies, including K.C. South, which was purchased by Kevin Cassidy in 2011. Terry is a past member of Vistage® International and Accelerant International.

Active in his community and involved with various school and church committees, Terry resides in Ijamsville, Maryland, with his wife Tina and four children.

Brad Yourkavitch

Vice President, General Manager

Brad joined us in 2007 and has held sales and management positions within our trade and retail operations. He brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience developing processes and employee development programs, which result in delivering exceptional value and service to customers. Brad earned the Retail Director’s Achievement Award from Pella Corporation and has been instrumental in our three Pella President’s Awards for Top Branch in the United States.

Brad is an active member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.

David Lebowitz

Sales Manager-Replacement Division

Washington, D.C.; Montgomery County, MD; and Northern Virginia

David Lebowitz brings 30 years of window and door experience to our sales and fulfillment teams. He focuses on delivering a superior replacement experience to homeowners by providing the right product and installation solution. David manages a team of Pella sales and design professionals who are courteous and respectful of homeowners’ busy schedules, and who will work collaboratively to develop custom replacement solutions. David is actively involved in Pella Corporation’s seminars, continued education and training programs, and is proud to have played a part in our continued growth over the past seven years.

David was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. David resides in McLean, Virginia.

Ken Weckesser

Sales Manager

Delaware and Maryland

Ken Weckesser started his career with K.C. Company as a sales representative in 2010. His years of sales and management experience in the home improvement industry prompted his quick promotion to sales manager for Delaware, and the majority of Maryland.

Ken is a graduate of Towson State University and lives with his family in Howard County, Maryland.
